Asses and license manager/process engineer

Description

He/She will work together with other team(s) members on the rollout of the new Windows 7 workstation platform and the new bank agency infrastructure. Those rollouts will consist of normal workstations and thin clients. The role is to develop a functioning process that will assure an up to date Asset DB and License DB during and after the project rollout. The process must cover the rollout of the new workstations and the recovery of the old ones. The asset- license DB will be used for financial and governance purposes.

  • Define the process for the rollout and the maintenance after the rollout.
  • Define the data model of what to store
  • Define the license reporting
  • Put reconiciliation processes in place.
  • Close collaboration with Operation teams responsible for the rollout.

What do we expect?

  • Strong experience in the implementation asset and license mgt processes.
  • ITIL process knowledge is a must.
  • In depth knowledge of the Microsoft SCCM that will act as a the inventory is required.
  • Knowledge of CA USPSD R6 is a plus.
  • Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
  • Strong tracking and coordination skills
  • Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines. Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment.
  • Berchem (Antwerp) - trips to Cologne might be possible (in agreement)
  • Either French or Dutch + knowledge of the other national language. Good knowledge of English.
