Introduction
We are looking for an experienced project manager who is passionate about overseeing large transversal projects in a complex environment.
In this position you will work in close collaboration with the local project managers to support the roll-out all over Europe. You will report on the global status of the multiple roll-outs from a development point of view towards the IT & business management team and highlight potential issues.
What does the job entail?
• You will manage & maintain 3 roll-out plans in parallel each in a different stage of the development life cycle.
• You work together with different stakeholders on local and European level
• You consolidate information coming from the central integration architecture team and local teams into a consolidate roll-out plan.
• You highlight potential bottlenecks and roadblocks and report on them.
• You report on the progress during the project mgmt. meetings to the program mgmt. team
Vereisten
Key competencies:
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager for large IT projects.
• Proven leadership skills.
• You understand the IT development life-cycle
• Expertise in conflict resolution.
• Expertise in change management.
• Expertise in managing projects in a multi-cultural and complex environment.
• Analytical and strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written ability.
• Proficiency with project management tools is a plus.
• Language skills: English (excellent level or native, official language of the project), Language spoken at the local site (excellent level or native). Dutch/French/Spanish is a plus.
